Rune Factory 5 is a JRPG and farming simulator in one. Judging by the annual report of its developers, as of the end of March 2022, more than 500,000 copies of the game were sold worldwide. The release of Rune Factory 5 was split into several dates. It first came out in May 2021 in Japan, and the project reached the US and Europe in March 2022. How many times a fifth was bought outside of Japan is unknown. But according to Famitsu, Japan had at least 127,968 copies on physical media.

Danganronpa S Ultimate Summer Camp — the new release, exclusive to Decadence, is a non-canonical fan-service skit that brings together the heroes of all four games. Including the non-compilation Ultra Despair Girls, whose characters have been successfully forgotten even by most fans. In fact, this is a stupid beach episode, stretched to an indecently large scale here in a peaceful setting and often without outerwear heroes meet who would never have ever managed to cross paths before, have conversations superficial, often aimless. Many of them look forced, but why be surprised. Screenwriter of all previous games was not involved in the development, and the number of characters that had grown several times could not but affect the quality of the dialogues.

The game uses Serious Engine 4 technology. One of the improvements is a module that uses the method of scanning real locations and objects, which are then reproduced in the game world. A similar solution was used in Polish productions of Get Even and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter.
