Obenseuer offers to control a poor man who is trying to stay afloat and cope with psychological and financial problems. The protagonist is forced to collect bottles, mushrooms and turnips in order to somehow survive. The hero suffers from depression. He also has an alcohol and nicotine addiction. The main character needs to satisfy his needs, and also not forget about the rent. The events unfold in the Obenseuer area. However, the locals themselves call this place Open Sewer. Many unreliable citizens were exiled there against their will by the authorities of the city of Stalburg. The action takes place in the same dystopian metropolis that was shown in INFRA (the previous project from these developers).

The narrative has a well-developed lore and a gloomy atmosphere. Although the story sometimes contains puns. The new title is made in a different genre. If the previous product from this studio was a quest and adventure, then this project is a role-playing game. It uses a first-person view. In the indie title, you can communicate with NPCs, explore locations, engage in some kind of agriculture, trade with residents, brew alcohol, carry out tasks from townspeople and collect data about their personalities. There is an opportunity to improve apartments and even rent out housing to other people.
