Alliance Peacefighter places the gamer in a story-driven space simulator with a linear passage, where events unfold in a certain sequence. The structure of this project refers to the classics of the 1990s, focusing on a single-player campaign in which the narrative comes to the fore. The player acts as a newly minted Alliance pilot who is assigned a special class of starfighter.

This assignment coincides with the disclosure of a conspiracy that threatens the fragile peace between two interstellar powers, which draws the newcomer into the thick of things. Inside Alliance Peacefighter, battles take place from a first-person perspective, providing direct control over the fighter's systems. Pilots must distribute energy between engines, weapons and shields to adapt to the changing tactical situation. All necessary information is displayed through an interface built directly into the cockpit instruments, without unnecessary elements on the screen.

The gameplay involves acting as part of a squadron with colorful alien partners, and in between sorties you can chat with them in the bar on the ship. This simulator is designed to work with both VR helmets and regular monitors. The gameplay is adapted to various input devices to match the preferences and equipment typical for the genre. Support for HOTAS joysticks, gamepads and specialized controllers for VR is provided. Mouse and keyboard control is also fully implemented.
