About The Game

Workers and Resources Soviet Republic is the economic strategy of 2019 of the 3Division studio, whose task is to create a fictitious state that is part of the USSR. For this purpose, a wide range of buildings and other structures were provided, which allow not only to create an efficient industry, but also to satisfy the needs of residents. In the game Workers & Resources Soviet Republic, the gamer assumes the role of a manager, and his task is to develop the city. An important feature of the game is its freedom. The game does not set specific goals, the direction in which the state will develop, is left to the discretion of the player.

The mechanics of the game is not much different from the standard representatives of the type of strategies. A player takes care of a specific area where he or she can develop his own country. From now on, he must develop them in such a way that he can earn money for himself. For this purpose, he receives a number of different types of buildings, which will allow to work out a compromise between the needs of residents and the finances of the republic. The construction of a particular building requires the collection of an appropriate amount of specific raw materials.

Game Details

Full Description

​Of course, the whole industry will not work by itself. Each of the plants and factories must have a certain number of workers with appropriate training. Therefore, employees must have access to education in order to be able to acquire competencies related to a particular position. Therefore, schools must be located in close proximity to residential areas to ensure this. In addition, employees have their own needs, which grow over time. This means that the average citizen will initially be satisfied if he or she has easy access to food, but later he will also require items such as alcohol or electronics. The extent to which their needs are satisfied affects their productivity at work. Children are also an important aspect of the economy. On the one hand, they help support a sufficient number of citizens; On the other hand, if the child is less than six years old and in the vicinity of residential areas there is no kindergarten, his parents will refuse to work.​

How to Install

1. The first thing we do is download the game’s installation files.
2. Unzip the archive to the hard disk.
3. Mount or burn the ISO image in the disk emulator (UltraISO program). 
4. After mount ISO, go to the folder and run the file «setup.exe».
5. During the installation, we specify the location on the disk where we want to install it.
6. Copy the contents of the folder «CRACK» in the folder with the game.  
7. Download and install Update v1.1.0.11 + Update v1.1.0.16 + Update v1.1.0.17 + Update v1.1.1.4, in game folder.
8. Launch the game!

    -Fixed crash when building a railways with construction train sets
    -Various crash during loading fixes, but I'm sure not all, but many... 
    -If you got problems with electricity, bad/long number at voltage, hold for a moment same time key E+L+C to reset it.. just for hotfix.. I will investigate issue more, any info what need to be exactly done to reproduce are welcome!

    This game is available in Japanese, but you can't select Japanese from the settings of the game you got from your site.

    Fixed a random crash that occurred when building railways.
    Fixed a problem with citizens and personal cars; sometimes they would use a car when it wasn't necessary, or they wouldn't go anywhere at all.

    Added brick roads and pedestrians
     
    Rail depots can now directly launch trams to streets and accept trams from streets (to accept trams from streets, you need to rebuild the rail depot)
     
    Various graphical fixes
     
    Added old water well and treatment plant, steam railbus, and a new old tram
     
    Fixed issue where production plants could not send newly built vehicles out (requires rebuild)
     
    Fixed steam locomotives getting stuck at end stations when water is not present
     
    Fixed issue preventing research of the modern rail construction office
