Using a souvenir left to her by her late father, she discovers that the park's employees are bound to the grounds by an invisible force. To free them, Emma must reconnect with the magic she lost, which means confronting painful memories she has buried deep within.

While working at the amusement park, Emma meets a cast of characters, each with their own complex stories and struggles. From the charming park director Hugo to the quiet mechanic Luciole, each person at the park holds a piece of a larger secret. Emma's journey is not only about discovering her magic, but also the connections she makes along the way. Her bonds with the park's staff grow stronger, and through these relationships, she gradually uncovers their personal stories and the secrets that bind them all together.

Along with Emma's emotional journey, Genso Manege features a unique mechanic known as the Veil System. This feature allows gamers to engage in mini-games that are integrated into the story, helping Emma regain her lost abilities. There are six different male characters in the game, and users can follow multiple story routes, each leading to different outcomes and revelations.
