Instructions

1. The first thing we do is download the game’s installation files. 
2. Mount or burn the ISO image in the disk emulator (UltraISO program). 
3. During the installation, we specify the location on the disk where we want to install it.

after installing, trying to start a new game loads to a black screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and same thing occurs. I'm not running any mods.

But I have the same problem as James, my game keeps crashing when I start a new game. I've done what the video explains, it changes anything.

Biggie, it should not be similar, check if there is a running process in the computer task manager (ctrl+alt+del). Perhaps restart the computer and turn off the antivirus program.

Lo que ami me funciono fue. Hay una carpeta después de que se instala el juego, dentro de fallout 4 que tiene escritura en ruso, bueno, eso es lo que esta quitando las posibilidades de cambiar el idioma o genera conflictos porque es para cambiar todo a ruso, ELIMINALA y luego vas a documentos, mis juegos o my games y dentro esta el documento fallout 4 ini. Lo cambie a ingles (en) y funciono, a español (es) y funciono, sin los paréntesis claro; Pero eso si, solo los subtitulos y las opciones, NO EL LENGUAJE EN EL QUE HABLAN LOS PROTAGONISTAS QUE POR DEFECTO, ES INGLES. Espero que les sirva

Selective & Optional Download 
You can skip downloading of language/optional files you don't need. Here is the list of such files: 
  • fg-optional-animated-menu.bin (can be skipped if static menu background is better for you than 274 MB download)
  • fg-selective-eng-fre-ger-spa-ita.bin (required for English/French/German/Spanish/Italian installation)
  • fg-selective-eng-rus-bra-pol.bin (required for English/Brazilian/Polish/Russian installation)

My pc specs iS AMD A10 with R5 + R6 Radeon and 8GB DDR4 RAM. But when i try to play fallout 4 the fps drop to 20-30. i even set all the graphic in low setting. But the fps still dropping and i dont know why. Help please?

Victor, hi, try this:

  1. Unpack the files in C: / Users / YOUR USERNAME / Documents / My Games / Fallout4 /
  2. In the file Fallout4Prefs.ini we are looking for these lines:
  • iSize H = 768
  • iSize W = 1366 and change the resolution to your.
Run the game through Fallout4.exe, not through the launcher!

al, if you experience errors during installation (especially Xdelta or Unarc.dll), try the following:

  • Recross the torrent! - for example, in uTorrent, you need to select a game, press stop, right-click and select Force re-check.
  • Make sure that there are no Russian or other non-Latin letters in your Windows username - only Latin letters and numbers are allowed
  • Disable the antivirus - it can falsely trigger on the medication, either it will interrupt the installation of the repack, or simply will not allow the game to run
  • Disable UAC - it can block unpacking / assembly programs inside the installer
  • Make sure that the virtual memory size (swap file) is at least as large as physical memory, or twice as much.
  • Make sure that you have enough space on the target hard disk, as well as on the disk with temporary Windows files.
  • Try to install the game NOT on the C: drive, or vice versa - on the C: drive, if not on the other - the right thing in Windows is this ...
  • Look, whether there is not in a system folder Windows (and more deeply) a file unarc.dll. If it exists, delete it

Hey,

my setup also keeps crashing when it is 'extracting file: Fallout4- Animations.ba2' 
I don't get any error, just that the Setup/Uninstall doesn't work anymore because of a problem. 

I have tried all the steps above, disabled my antivirus and uac, i have enough space etc.

Any suggestions?
