The Destruction Project — is a physics-based sandbox in which you find yourself in a randomly generated, low-poly, completely destructible city. You can ride over 45 controlled vehicles, including ships and helicopters, and of course destroy the city in every possible way. There is more than enough content here too. At your disposal, for example, there will be more than three dozen controlled cars, which can not only be broken they can also be driven, you can drive them all over the local world.
