The Faeland universe is made in the dark fantasy genre, where gamers will take control of an experienced hunter named Sam. The guy goes on missions for guilds, exploring caves, dungeons, forests, castles and other locations. During the journey, the young man will meet different characters with whom he will make friends and talk. While exploring the world, you will often encounter monsters and dark forces. The game is made in the form of an old-school role-playing adventure game, stylized with 8-bit pixel graphics. The hero in Faeland can freely explore the surroundings of the kingdom, independently choosing the direction and locations on the map. The protagonist will have to periodically return to his house, which is located in the thicket of the forest. Users will have to defend the shelter from attacks by orcs or goblins.
Users will be able to trade with minor NPCs, learn new information during conversations, buy new equipment and equipment, take on additional quests, hunt and look for valuable treasures. The protagonist’s abilities directly depend on the choice of leveling and equipment, which affects the speed and agility of the warrior. Sam will be able to wield a sword, an axe, daggers, spears, a shield and a bow for shooting. While exploring the world, you will be able to find «skill scrolls» that increase your combat skills. Users can assemble the desired build to suit their playing style, selecting the necessary set of equipment and skills for the protagonist.
