The immersion in Post Trauma is done in dark tones, where the user takes control of a 57-year-old man named Roman and goes to explore frightening locations. The game focuses on horror elements with solving puzzles that open passages to other locations. The main task is to explore the dark underground areas in which the protagonist finds himself. You have to make your way through corridor levels from a third-person perspective, where the camera is behind the character and moves smoothly, creating an immersive immersion in the events taking place.
The storyline in Post Trauma tells of strange circumstances due to which the protagonist wakes up in a dungeon where there are many dangers.
