Cage of Roses follows Meika, a young woman from a decadent noble family who becomes embroiled in the life of Magdalena, a vampire with a hidden agenda. Set in the 19th century, the story takes place in an isolated manor house, where the protagonist is thrust into a world of intrigue, danger, and romance. Navigating her unfamiliar surroundings, she must decide whether to embrace her growing affection for Magdalena or uncover the secrets hidden within the mansion’s walls. The game features a branching narrative, with the protagonist’s choices shaping the events that unfold. Conversations, discoveries, and interactions shape how the relationship between her and Magdalena develops.

As tensions mount, the consequences of Meika’s decisions determine whether the bond between them will strengthen or crumble. Different paths lead to different revelations, offering a variety of outcomes that reflect the complexity of trust and desire. Cage of Roses combines romance and gothic horror to create an atmosphere of tension and uncertainty. Mysterious figures, secret passages and cryptic letters add many twists to the plot.
