Once Upon A Puppet is a 2.5D puzzle platformer from Flatter Than Earth that immerses players in a theatrical world where you control Neve, an exiled theater girl, and Tree, a puppet magically bound to her by strings. Unique gameplay mechanics require mastery of puppetry as you solve puzzles, arrange props, and reconstruct theatrical scenes to uncover the mysteries of the world stage. The game features a rich story about friendship and redemption, with dozens of characters offering rich dialogue as you journey from Below Stage back to Front Stage. You’ll encounter shadow creatures as you explore beautifully crafted environments that switch between the past and present, all set to a theatrical soundtrack. The story centers on the unlikely partnership of the hesitant Neve and the ambitious Tree as they challenge a broken-hearted king and confront their inner demons.
