In Mr President, players must rescue the future President of the United States. Players take control of a bodyguard named Dick Rock Hard Johnson. The protagonist must protect Ronald Rump from bullets while he's being targeted by professional assassins. The main objective is to keep their target alive by performing well-timed jumps. The game tests players' speed and reaction time. While performing their duties in Mr President, players must navigate a variety of levels that gradually become more challenging and dynamic. Players will need to jump to accurately shield their client with their body. The bodyguard can flip, somersault, and perform a variety of acrobatic stunts, striving to effectively fulfill their task of protecting the safety and health of the future US leader, Ronald Rump.

During the single-player campaign, players will be able to overcome 50 assassination attempts. The protagonist will follow a potential leader during his election campaign, monitoring the events. He will have to maintain control of the situation and, if necessary, seize the right moment to leap, thus shielding the politician from bullets. The game features a gameplay mechanic that allows for destruction of the surrounding environment, which can be damaged by gunfire.
