Description

Shards of Infinity — the game has a deck of 88 cards, 40 cards for beginners, 10 for each player and four character cards. Each player receives the same starting deck of 10 cards and a character card. Your character card includes two wheels that track health and skill. All players draw 5 cards from their deck. All players, except the first, also start with at least one skill point depending on the number of players. Six cards from the deck are turned upside down and the game begins. Each turn consists of three phases, but before we get to this, let’s talk about the cards in this deck. There are 3 types of cards.

About This Game

Allied cards can be dialed by paying their cost in gems in the upper right corner. You put them in your dump pile. When you play an Ally card, you get the effect indicated at the bottom of the card; Some effects may have additional conditions that must be met. At the end of your turn, allied cards are discarded in the discard pile.

Allied mercenaries can also be recruited as a regular Allied map, but you also have another option — you can choose a quick mercenary game. To do this, you pay the cost of the card, and then immediately get the specified effect; at the end of the turn, any quickly played mercenaries return to the bottom of the deck.

Champions are recruited in the same way as Ally Cards. However, after you play the Champion and play with him, he will remain in the game until he is damaged or destroyed. You can use the champion’s ability once per turn; You will use it once and then reset it for future use at the end of your turn.​

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for SiMPLEX

  1. Mount or burn the .iso — a virtual drive program such as Daemon Tools handles it in seconds.

  2. Run setup.exe from the image and install the game.

  3. Copy the contents of the SiMPLEX folder on the disc into the installation directory, replacing files when asked.

  4. Start the game — the desktop shortcut is the intended entry point; grant administrator rights when prompted.
