About The Game
Lakehopper is a realistic piloting simulator of a bi-motor seaplane, a constant struggle with the laws of aerodynamics and technical malfunctions. This project demands utmost concentration at the controls. Overcoming enormous distances to supply enclaves cut off from civilization becomes the gamer's primary task. The vast territory of 360,000 square kilometers is a wild landscape, almost completely engulfed by the water. Transporting containers between settlements requires masterful control of the craft. Newtonian flight mechanics uncompromisingly punish the slightest miscalculation. Each expedition turns into a serious test of endurance.

The successful completion of a flight directly depends on meticulous maintenance of the winged machine. The construction of a custom aircraft is accomplished by combining over 100 unique components. All these parts are subject to inevitable operational degradation. Playing Lakehopper requires constant monitoring of the mechanisms condition. Such control helps prevent fatal turbine failures in the vastness of the sky. The piloting process allows leaving the commander's seat during navigation. Free movement within the fuselage allows for emergency repairs at high altitude. Timely installation of fresh spare parts to replace damaged components ensures a safe return to base. This level of micromanagement transforms an ordinary pilot into a brilliant mechanic.
