Behind the carefree facade of college and her first steps in her career, a darker side of existence lurks. Blackmail, infidelity, and gradual moral decay become an integral part of the protagonist's reality. The narrative unfolds against the backdrop of college and an office job, where every aspect of Samantha's life is threatened. Although the story is essentially linear, it offers the option to avoid some particularly explicit scenes, allowing you to choose your own level of immersion.

The decisions you make directly influence Samantha's transformation. She can develop into a confident woman in complete control of her situation, or become a submissive tool for the satisfaction of others, opening the door to various endings. The narrative in The Big Step offers many unexpected twists, where dark humor intertwines with serious themes, creating a satirical contrast. Interactions with other characters, such as Bonnie, Emma, ​​and Mr. Mortales, form a complex web of intrigue and personal connections.
