Crawl Lab is a secret laboratory built by Selen Industry deep in the mountains. Research on a new product was conducted here using a newly created artificial life form, the "Biodoll." But one day, a network-crawling AI abducts the new Biodoll and calls itself the Crawling Queen. She takes control of all objects in the laboratory. The protagonist embarks on a mission to retrieve research materials from the laboratory.

Alone in the laboratory, the protagonist must defeat the Crawling Queen's minions and escape the laboratory. Crawl Lab takes place from a first-person perspective, placing players in the shoes of the lone protagonist. Armed with a variety of weapons, players navigate the lab's labyrinthine environment, engaging in intense battles with the Biodolls. The sterile, high-tech atmosphere of the laboratory contrasts sharply with the chaotic nature of the gameplay.

Players must carefully manage their ammo and health as they explore the laboratory, find research materials, and uncover the secrets of the Creeper Queen's plans. The game features a leveling system that allows players to upgrade their weapons and abilities. Combat is fast-paced and requires quick reflexes and strategic thinking. Players must learn the attack patterns of different Biodoll types and exploit their weaknesses. The game features a variety of enemy types, each with unique abilities and behavior.
