Axom Conquest mixes tower defense with real time strategy in a sci fi setting. Developed by Hairy Penguin for release in 2026, this tower defense strategy RTS sci fi building game puts you in command of a human colony under attack by alien swarms. You build defensive towers along enemy paths, but you also control mobile units like tanks and fighters. You must gather resources, research new tech, and expand your base. The latest version of the game adds a co op mode where two players share the same base and combine their armies.

Tower defense is the core. You place laser towers, missile silos, and shield generators. RTS elements let you send out scouts and launch counter attacks. Building is about placing power plants, barracks, and resource collectors. Strategy involves deciding when to invest in towers and when to build more units.
