About The Game
Puyo Puyo Tetris is a mix of classic Tetris and Puyo Puyo series of games, which is a switch between two modes — actually Tetris and arcade role-playing game. At one time, the frenzied popularity of «Tetris» spawned a wave of games with similar mechanics. A quarter of a century ago in Japan appeared Puyo Puyo, the rights to release which were soon divided Sega and Nintendo. The gameplay resembled «Tetris» with the difference that it was suggested to lay out combinations not from geometrically verified tetraminoes, but from multi-colored drops of Pouyo to the bottom of the glass.

The game initially had a competitive mode in which the skillful actions of one player added problems to his opponent — when compiling a winning combination, the «garbage» elements fell into the glass of the opponent. In the joint mode, it was not the number of points scored with the help of the collected combos that became decisive, but the ability to upset the opponent’s plans.

- Tweaked the matchmaking system to find more potential player matches. This should help players find matches closer to their rank level, and avoid new players only matching with high level players.
- Fixed a crash when attempting to use menus in a lobby after failing to join correctly.
- Fix for rank scores being reset in the event that a leaderboard write fails to take place.
