The plot of the game Carnal Instinct takes place in Sabu, which was ruled by demigods. The goddess Ketra, who wandered the world for a millennium, returned to her homeland. Her return turns life upside down and gives hope for the restoration of the city from ruins and chaos. The protagonist is a poor slave who plunges into ups and downs and realizes that he can change his life and become something big. God-like beings, feet, women and men are present, allowing wild sexual dreams to come true. A character can be gentle and sensual, or he can conquer those around him with rudeness and depravity.

Over time, the main character will be able to modify the appearance. As you approach the divine essence, the character will change the body — take the form of ancient gods or animals with fragments of the human body.
