Help the Voodoo doll, which has found itself in the world of death, sorrow and sadness, find peace and return to the world of the living. Explore the unusual and dark world of the game Altero, solve puzzles and overcome all sorts of obstacles, saving the same lost souls. Altero — the events of the game begin to take place at the very moment when the Voodoo doll, which has become involved in a series of not very pleasant events, is expelled into the world of death, sorrow and sadness. Now the doll has come to life and wants to go back, or at least find peace. But it won’t be that easy to do so. The only way out is to go on a journey through the local world and try to save as many of these souls as possible.

As you set out on your journey, you will encounter a whole bunch of problems, obstacles, traps, challenging puzzles, and more. But the main thing is not this, but the fact that in this world you will always have to find more and more new ways to solve problems, and each time to learn new abilities and skills, to face new mechanics and processes. In general, the gameplay here is unique in all areas, although it is based on standard mechanics for the genre. You will explore numerous levels-locations, solve puzzles, solve riddles, come up with ways to overcome problems, disarm traps, and much more. And along the way, you will also have to learn various new abilities, which will also be useful in solving puzzles. For example, at one point you will learn how to create clones. Also, you will have to learn how to manipulate death, interact with the environment, and more. Altero is a typical puzzle-platform horror game. Help the Voodoo doll to find peace, save as many undead souls as possible that are tormented while living in a world of death and sorrow, and leave this terrible place.
