Scars Above is a dynamic action shooter game with survival elements in a fantasy setting. The plot tells that a mysterious alien artifact suddenly appeared in Earth’s orbit. A group of scientists who went to study it disappeared without a trace — one of them turned out to be the main character. It turned out that the astronauts did not die, but moved far beyond the solar system. The artifact was a bridge for traveling great distances, and now the girl is stuck on an alien planet, where an advanced xenos civilization once lived. The main task will be not just to survive, but also to find a way to return home. The main enemies in Scars Above will be alien flora and fauna, which is trying to devour or tear apart the protagonist.

Although the girl is not a warrior by profession, she has to master shooting in order to save her life. It is also important not just to shoot the living creatures, but to scan the area and biological samples. This will help to determine the weaknesses of opponents and use the most effective weapons against them. You will have to go through several biomes to uncover all the secrets of the mysterious planet. There will be snow-capped mountains, dense thickets and the ruins of a fantastic laboratory where you can find a lot of useful information that will come in handy in the future. Only courage, dexterity and accurate shooting will help you survive in hostile territory and return to Earth.
