Final Fall Build 18459605 (upd.15.05.2025) - SKIDROW

Final Fall is a psychological horror game about schizophrenia and trauma in which you play as Ofelia, a woman who has lost her memory after a suicide attempt. The game is set in a twisted asylum that changes depending on her mental state. The game combines action and adventure elements as you navigate her shattered reality. The environment dynamically reacts to Ofelia’s level of sanity: walls buckle and whispers increase in volume as her condition worsens.

You must face hallucinatory enemies, solve complex puzzles (including deciphering Morse code and playing a real piano), and manage scarce resources like medication. The game features a permadeath system — if Ofelia commits suicide three times, the save file is permanently deleted. Designed by Emmanouil Caparos Caparakis, Final Fall challenges you to survive the protagonist’s damaged psyche while dealing with her guilt and trauma.
