Train Capacity 300% 2 is a first-person simulator centered on a protagonist who has deviated from the accepted norms of society. In this closed environment, the player character patrols the platform and trains, looking for female passengers.

The large crowds in the carriages create a situation where personal space is minimal and the ability of anyone on board to escape is difficult.
