Forsaker DingDing and Blade begins with a simple mission for two young men, which escalates into a cannibalistic odyssey across the continent of Hel. The Hel world is divided into three factions: humans, the Church of the Divine Body, and the flesh eating Forsaken. Players explore this society, constantly confronted with a fundamental choice: consume others or become prey. The plot uncovers deep conspiracies and questions the established order and the very nature of survival. Delving into a grim reality forces the characters to make difficult moral decisions.

The story in Forsaker DingDing and Blade is told from the perspectives of several characters within a 250000 word script. Each chapter advances the plot from the perspective of a different protagonist, delivering information piecemeal. Initially disparate, the narrative threads gradually converge, forming a mosaic of revelations about the harsh laws of the Hel world. The player's task is to piece together these disparate stories and destinies. The full picture and the core mystery can only be revealed by following the journey of each character.

The gameplay combines elements of interactive fiction with a card-based combat system that complements the narrative. This title doesn't require extensive leveling, and the battles merely add variety to the reading experience. The player will experience one of three guises: a vulnerable human, a bloodied knight, or a carnivorous Outcast. Each role changes the available survival methods and the gameplay itself. Unseen forces manipulate events, pushing the heroes toward a final choice to remain in the ruined world or to leave it forever.
