Superstar Strategy is a tactical role-playing game where players immerse themselves in the fate of the fallen kingdom of Solaris. The story centers on former soldier Eckhart, forced to take up mercenary work to care for his child. His personal story unfolds against a backdrop of global threats: orcs ravage the lands, and powerful factions, including the Empire and the Church of the Moon Goddess, weave intrigues. Completing guild missions gradually draws the heroes, including Tallon and Gwen, into a conflict that could determine the future of the entire kingdom. The game offers a rich story campaign with unique scenarios and character development.

The core of the gameplay is building your own squad of fighters from 14 different classes. Each unit has a unique set of abilities, allowing you to create powerful combinations and synergies for superiority on the battlefield. Superstar Strategy places a special emphasis on tactical thinking and intelligent positioning. Battlefields are interactive: you can slam drawbridges shut, use chokepoints to hold back the enemy, or push enemies onto spikes. Victory in missions is achieved by fulfilling one of several available conditions, encouraging flexibility and tactical shifts on the fly.

The combat system is built on alternating activation of units from each side, forcing you to constantly reassess threats and adapt to your opponent's actions. Success depends on the creative use of fighters abilities, some of which are free actions and can be combined with others to achieve unexpected effects. In addition to single-player play, the title offers local modes. Gamers can team up to battle monsters in co-op or prove their superior strategist in competitive arena battles with split-screen support.
