Gameplay is divided into two main activities: producing toys in your factory and sneaking into houses to deliver them under the Christmas tree while avoiding traps set by the children.

Each child has unique preferences that require careful attention to the letters, making choosing a gift a puzzle in itself. Stealth segments add tension as you navigate through houses, avoiding detection from children hoping to spot Santa. Successfully delivering coveted gifts earns you candy and increases your Christmas faith, which serves as currency for upgrading your workshop. These upgrades allow you to expand your operations and satisfy more children in subsequent years, creating a cycle of progression. The game combines resource management with light stealth mechanics, wrapped in a festive Christmas theme, allowing you to manage the entire gift production and delivery system in the North Pole.
