Ruined Nurse is an action-adventure game that combines action, exploration, and a terrifying narrative. Players step into the shoes of Zeul, an internet technician tasked with installing a service in a place unlike any other an abandoned hospital. At first glance, the task seems routine, but it soon becomes clear that this is no ordinary installation job. The title unfolds with a series of unexpected events that keep players on the edge of their seats from the start. As Zeul delves deeper into the hospital, its secrets begin to unravel, challenging his initial skepticism.

Ruined Nurse's gameplay is based on exploration, combat, and puzzle solving. Players navigate the sprawling hospital, searching for paths to progress while avoiding or encountering various creatures lurking in the shadows. These creatures are not simply obstacles, but an integral part of the tense and unpredictable environment. Gamers must use available tools and weapons to survive, while learning the strengths and weaknesses of their enemies.

The FPS combat system is simple yet effective, requiring quick reflexes and strategic thinking. However, combat isn't the only challenge, as Zeul must solve puzzles to unlock new paths and progress through the hospital's eerie corridors. In addition to Zeul, players encounter characters like Nell, who provides essential support during their journey. Nell's abilities are crucial for progressing in certain areas of the game.
