This resource allows wounded soldiers to heal. Accumulated reserves are also used to purchase useful artifacts. Exploring the thickets leads the army to ancient altars and forges. These constant battles are caused by a global ecological catastrophe. The insect kingdom is rapidly being engulfed by a deadly fungal plague. The mysterious Fungomancer, who must be eliminated immediately, is behind the spread of the plague.

To break through enemy lines, the commander must assemble a powerful army. The mercenary base contains 30 unique recruits with specific stats. The success of a campaign in Hive Blight depends on the ability to combine talents. A well-chosen combination of skills generates devastating attack chains. The extensive arsenal includes 40 types of weapons and magical relics. Proper equipment distribution dramatically changes the balance of power in the arena. Overcoming the four stages of corruption culminates in boss battles. The choice of starting alliance determines the available warrior pool and dictates tactics.
