Liquidation is a real-time tactical strategy game that blends elements of science fiction and fantasy. Lead one of three opposing factions, assemble armies, and engage in a massive war for Quenrium, a rare resource capable of changing the fate of a dying world. The events unfold on the planet Vea, which has suffered a devastating cataclysm that left the familiar world on the brink of extinction. The emergence of the mysterious Quenrium has sparked a fierce struggle between several forces, each pursuing its own goals. Players will choose one of the factions, each with distinct units, technologies, and approaches to warfare, and then leverage their strengths to achieve superiority on the battlefield.

Battles emphasize skillful army management rather than sheer numbers. Each unit fulfills a specific role, so success depends on proper troop formation, the timely use of abilities, and the selection of advantageous positions. Commanders gradually develop as the campaign progresses, unlocking new abilities. However, even the most powerful leaders cannot replace a full-fledged army and require the support of their soldiers.
