The game This War of Mine offers the player to look at the war completely from the other side. You do not play for a super-soldier who is able to stop an entire army alone, you play for ordinary residents of the besieged city. Your only goal is to survive. The search for food and medicine is fraught with a deadly danger to get under the sights of a sniper or die at the hands of unscrupulous marauders. During the day try not to stick out of the shelter, but just arrange your shelter, at night when the snipers can not see you, you can go in search of food and other useful things.

You are in the group of other survivors and try to help them. In the game there is no right or wrong decision, you survive and are ready to go for anything! It is very difficult to maintain noble qualities when one has to choose from the bad and the very bad. Will you risk all your people to save one? Whether you will become a good leader, or because of your fault, many people will die. Everything depends only on your actions.

Instructions

1. The first thing we do is download the game’s installation files. 
2. Mount or burn the ISO image in the disk emulator (UltraISO program). 
3. During the installation, we specify the location on the disk where we want to install it. 
4. Wait until the installation process is complete, a shortcut will appear on the desktop.
5. Download and install Update's, in game folder.
6. Copy the contents of the folder «RUNE» in the folder with the game. 
7. Start the game.

I downloaded the DLC for the story mode but it still write "coming soon". If I play the first episode it will unlock? I don't want to play just the first episode.

  • A possibility to skip intro and flashback moments.
  • If Anja was extremely starved during the last day, the game couldn’t be finished and that has been fixed.
  • Ruben no longer will appear in the Farewell if he earlier leaves after giving away the Sefer Ha Zohar.
  • No more save loop in the case of fail ending.
  • Fixed Ruben stuck in bed while standing.
  • Fixed translation mistakes.

All studio proceeds from Forget Celebrations will be donated to support our charity partners in this anniversary initiative: War Child, Amnesty International, Liberty Ukraine, and Indie Games Poland.
Take the opportunity to revisit the besieged city of Pogoren with Katia, a seasoned war correspondent and one of the citizens you may remember from This War of Mine. The DLC opens with Katia struggling to write a book about the tragedies of people affected by conflicts. A sudden missile attack shatters Katia’s home and draws her work to a stop. Now, severely injured, she waits for a rescue party sent by her publisher. Before it arrives, you must help Katia look for her missing book materials while trying to survive in a war-torn city.
