Overview

You cling to the next crystal and have already mastered the basic movement mechanism. After a couple of hooks, you realize that you can change the direction and speed of your swing by jerking in the right direction. This is the second important thing to learn about movement, and it gives you more freedom in your movement. You will soon reach the next giant poster which explains further movement patterns that you can use to improve your accuracy and movements. You’ll learn that you can remove your grappling hook, use a dash in the air, and then latch onto the next floating crystal to gain speed and energy.

You can use this energy to collect hidden achievements, dash through activator crystals that open up new areas of the level, or speed up levels later on. You also find that the dash is updated every couple of seconds, resulting in incredibly fast and enjoyable movement once you get the hang of it. The game mechanics may seem simple at first glance, but it’s a lot of fun just to play with it, and it becomes very juicy and enjoyable once you get the hang of it. In its current state, the game has 12 different giant levels with different themes and difficulties on each one.
