CHEMISTS: Dead Zone is a hybrid first-person and third-person role-playing shooter that transports you to the harsh conditions of a post-apocalyptic open world. The study of dangerous territories is closely related to the constant overcoming of anomalous threats, radiation exposure, hunger and exhaustion. The ramified plot gradually reveals the global causes of the disaster, while the character actively interacts with the factions through trade, direct exchange of items and the execution of chains of commissions. A flexible system of development combines the leveling of skills with the improvement of basic characteristics, allowing to form an adaptive fighter for any tactical task.

For comfortable movement on the large-scale map and the transportation of massive cargoes, vehicles are used that facilitate long-distance raids. Assaults in abandoned dungeons are a serious challenge, where the disabled function is saved, and successful clearing guarantees the receipt of valuable armor, rare components and electronic keys. In CHEMISTS: Dead Zone, fire contacts require constant consideration of the physics of bullet flight and the technical parameters of equipment. Successful resistance to aggressive mutants and marauders is ensured.
