VLADiK BRUTAL is a brutal first-person shooter, the main character of which is a character named Vladik. Alone, he will find himself in a deserted city, where he will fight an army of mutated monsters and possessed warriors. Each creature is incredibly cruel and bloody. Many stages involve fighting powerful bosses, including a classic helicopter boss fight! Try to survive in this nightmare, thinking about what to do next in this mortal life. The gameplay of VLADiK BRUTAL is distinguished by an incredible degree of cruelty and bloodiness. During the passage, a huge amount of blood will be shed. Rip off your enemies' limbs and literally tear them to pieces. Events are developing in one of the countries in Eastern Europe. The dictator usurped power long ago, becoming a real paranoid. He began to indiscriminately kill anyone who in any way disagreed with his policies.

As a result, he implanted a chip in all citizens in order to have complete control over them. However, this turned out to be not enough. Having built a research center, the tyrant began to artificially strengthen the mercenaries so that they would more effectively kill all dissenters. The main character was in prison. He was given 40 years in prison. Before that, he worked in a research complex for 12 years. But one day something happens near the reactor itself and the government turns to the prisoner to explore the area and find out the causes of the accident. From this moment the events of the game begin.
