Sunderfolk is a tactical RPG from Secret Door that reimagines couch co-op gaming by using mobile devices as controllers. Up to four players can adventure through the magical Sunderlands together, with each controlling one of six unique hero classes (Arcanist, Bard, Berserker, Pyromancer, Ranger, or Rogue). The turn-based combat system challenges players to select skill cards to determine actions while facing enemies that require adaptive strategies. Between battles, players return to the village of Arden — a settlement built on a mysterious «brightstone» now threatened by outside forces — where they can upgrade merchants, purchase equipment, and build relationships with the townsfolk. Players can join the game locally by scanning a QR code and downloading the free companion app (available on iOS and Android), or remotely via Steam Remote Play Together, allowing a single purchase of the game to support multiple players.
