Tormented Souls 2 v1.5.8 (upd.12.06.2026)

Tormented Souls 2 is a survival horror game that follows sisters Caroline and Anna Walker through the events that took place at Wildberger Hospital. Anna begins to be plagued by violent visions that manifest as a disturbing reality through her drawings, prompting Caroline to seek help at a mysterious clinic in Villa Hessa, a remote Chilean mountain town. What appears to be a peaceful medical facility hides a sinister truth that traps both sisters in a new supernatural nightmare. The game features a reality-switching mechanic that allows players to alter the past to change the present and travel between dimensions. Combat involves collecting and customizing makeshift weapons such as claw hammers and chainsaws, with a quick-select system for quickly swapping weapons during encounters.

Players face a variety of grotesque enemies, from blade-covered creatures to massive armored monsters, as well as challenging boss battles. Villa Hess features a variety of exploration areas, including a shadowy monastery, an abandoned mall, and an abandoned school. The gameplay centers around solving challenging puzzles that require examining, combining, and manipulating items, as well as searching for clues in the environment. Players can choose between a classic 90s survival horror mode with a fixed camera and limited saves, or an assisted mode for a more accessible experience. The story unfolds through the complex interactions of characters, each hiding personal agendas and dark secrets, gradually revealing the disturbing secrets of the town.
