EVERYBODYS GOLF HOT SHOTS combines course play with fine-tuning of shots across a variety of locations. Players select characters with different stats that affect swing speed, accuracy, and endurance. Courses contain obstacles such as sand traps, water hazards, and rough, requiring angle and power adjustments to successfully hit the golf ball. Tournaments and challenges are scored over 9 and 18 hole rounds, with strategy and reaction time determining scores.

Everybodys Golf Hot Shots features multiplayer sessions for up to 4 players at a time. The scoring system records overall scores and ranks, encouraging repeat runs to improve accuracy. Additional modes include practice, target challenges, and replayability to improve technique.

Progression unlocks new courses and equipment that slightly alter gameplay. The game focuses on adapting to terrain and opponent behavior, with no emphasis on story or cosmetic bonuses. Each round tests your timing, timing and reaction to external conditions, providing consistent competitive situations. These elements form a complex gameplay with a variety of tactical solutions and constant engagement.
