Dixotomia is a sci-fi action game for virtual reality devices, centered on the protagonist's dilemma: preserve the remnants of their nature or succumb to the influence of a sinister force. The arsenal for confronting threats includes a combination of high-tech weaponry and anomalous vampiric abilities. This combination opens up tactical possibilities for eliminating over 15 types of hostile creatures, and a distinctive feature is the protagonist's ability to attack with energy pulses emanating directly from their hands. The protagonist is Ron Adams, a veteran of an elite mercenary squad, whose mission is complicated by an internal struggle with a progressive infection that threatens his mental health.

The game takes players to the oppressive atmosphere of a dystopian planet, Karna, whose development has only recently begun. Exploring this world is closely linked to uncovering the mysteries of a dangerous sect whose rituals threaten the existence of all life. The story in Dixotomia unfolds through the player's choices, which shape a nonlinear narrative and lead to various endings. The ultimate fate of the entire colony hinges on the player's actions. Confrontations with opponents, including five powerful leaders, unfold across vast and diverse environments: from gigantic industrial zones to quarries with Martian vistas, from high-rise buildings for vertical combat to sinister scientific laboratories where the line between science and the occult is blurred.
