Coffee Talk Tokyo is a cozy visual novel where you manage a night café in modern day Tokyo, serving drinks to both humans and supernatural yokai creatures and engaging in deep conversations. On hot summer nights, you'll craft hot and cold drinks mastering the art of latte art using sprinkle stencils while patrons share personal stories of love, loss, self-identity, and second chances. The game features a branching storyline, where your dialogue choices and drink preparation decisions directly impact the characters fates and unlock multiple endings.

You'll meet a diverse cast of patrons, including Kenji, a former kappa office worker searching for meaning in life; Vin, your assistant haunted by the traumas of the past and Ayame, a deceased influencer wandering in the afterlife. Beyond the counter, you'll interact with customers via Tomodachill an in-game social network with clickable hashtags that reveal hidden posts and plot clues needed to achieve the best endings. Returning composer Andrew AJ Jeremy provides a fresh, lo-fi soundtrack that accompanies each café shift. The game blends traditional Japanese folklore with modern urban life, creating a haven where old and new Tokyo coexist.
