Schrodingers Cat Burglar is an indie adventure puzzle game developed by Abandoned Sheep. In it, you play as Mittens, a real-life cat burglar who gains quantum powers during a botched heist at a research facility. The core mechanic allows you to split Mittens into two simultaneously controllable cats, using quantum superposition to solve puzzles and the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle when unobserved, Mittens exists in both locations, allowing him to pass through doors and evade security. You must navigate your way through a mysterious laboratory, uncovering the research being conducted there and the identity of the enigmatic Shadow Cat, all while trying to get home before breakfast.

The game offers full cat customization, including breeds, accessories, hats, and adjustable fluffiness levels that apply to either quantum position. Drop-in/drop-out local co-op is available, compatible with Steam Remote Play Together for collaborative puzzle solving. Beyond the main story, you can explore hidden areas, collect quantum shards, chase robot mice, or simply knock coffee off tables like a real cat.
