Vortica throws you into a collapsing multiverse where reality fractures around you, and your only weapon is the ability to manipulate gravity. Developed by Vortical Studios and published by Caketown Interactive for release in 2026, this sci fi action game puts you in the role of a rift walker, a soldier who can create localized gravity wells, push and pull enemies, and even reverse gravity to walk on ceilings. The campaign takes you through crumbling space stations, alien worlds torn apart by dimensional storms, and a hub dimension where time flows erratically. The latest version of the game introduces a gravity tether ability that lets you link two objects or enemies, causing them to slam together.

Action combat is fast and fluid, combining gunplay with gravity dashes and mid‑air grappling. Sci fi environments are visually stunning, with distorted geometry, floating debris, and dynamic lighting that shifts as you alter gravity. You can unlock new gravity powers through a skill tree, such as creating a black hole that pulls in enemies or a shockwave that sends them flying.
