Ritter and Rotwein is an indie action-adventure game from Hurdy Gurdy Games, where you control ragdoll knights battling chaotic medieval challenges. Set in the 15th century, the game revolves around drunken knights reminiscing about glorious duels while striving for riches, ladies, and truth as they navigate increasingly challenging levels. The game's core mechanics revolve around mastering ragdoll physics, allowing you to jump, run, dodge, climb, and fight your unstable character, which obeys the laws of physics. You can restore health by drinking wine, though this temporarily reduces your knight's resilience, adding a risk-versus-reward element to the struggle for survival.
