Uncanny Tales The Watcher is an episodic psychological horror game where fear is born from everyday work. The third episode of the series takes you to a remote part of the Altai Mountains, where you, Ilya, take up the post of caretaker of a nature reserve. Officially, it's quiet, nature, and a steady income. In reality, it's a place where too many things don't add up. Before starting your new job, you experience a prologue, reliving the last working day of the previous caretaker, Sergei Ivanovich Kalashnikov. His duties are simple and familiar: reports, patrols, and monitoring the territory.

But it's precisely through this routine that one begins to see how small oddities accumulate and develop into a disturbing pattern. The control center, with its ancient computer, becomes the main point of control: here you monitor the perimeter, make decisions, and record events. Patrolling in an old UAZ, communicating via radio, and regularly checking camera traps gradually reveals that something is happening in the taiga that the official explanations don't cover. And the more attentively you perform your duties, the more obvious it becomes the peace here is only a façade.
