Description

Curious Expedition 2 — is an expedition simulator that continues the events of the first part. But this time you will go with a team of researchers on a new adventure in which you will find even more interesting events and unusual regions. The events of the game begin to occur at the very moment when a team of outstanding researchers sets off on a new journey. Now, researchers are waiting for new regions, unrevealed secrets, treasures and temples, tombs, curses and much, much more. Well, you will be assigned the role of the main thing — you will have to take control of the team and go on a trip with it.

About This Game

As for the gameplay, in general, it inherits all the same game mechanics that were used by the developers in the first part, except for the fact that some of them were finalized and changed. So, for example, the mechanics of generating quests and events has been significantly reworked. Now events and quests are generated much better, similar to each other does not occur, and in general, each region can be passed in different ways.

Otherwise, everything is still in Curious Expedition 2. Travel the vast world, explore the temples of ancient civilizations and find treasures, participate in various events that will happen to your researchers during the journey, fight with predators and natural disasters that will interfere with you and occur in the most unexpected moments, and just have fun from research.

And now the world itself has become more saturated and vibrant. In the course of your journey you will encounter a huge number of merchants, different nations, and not only. And what’s more, in many regions dangers, traps, curses, and events that can turn the whole story upside down will await you. In general, it will be very interesting.

Installation Guide

Step-by-step setup process for PLAZA

Mount the .iso image in a virtual drive (Daemon Tools, PowerISO, or the built-in Windows mounting) — or burn it to a blank disc if you prefer the real thing.
Run setup.exe from the mounted drive and install the game like any ordinary Windows program.
Copy everything from the PLAZA folder on the disc into the folder where the game was installed, replacing files when asked.
Launch the game from the desktop shortcut or the installed .exe — always with Run as administrator.

Having trouble launching the game?

Check these common causes before troubleshooting further.

Do not let your antivirus touch the PLAZA folder — the files inside are exactly what false-positive scanners love to delete. Add the game folder to exclusions before copying.
If you only need single player, keep the game offline: blocking the game .exe in Windows Firewall stops the emulator from phoning home.
