Westmark Manor — is a mixture of horror and adventure quest, a game in which you have to go to meet the dark forces only in order to save the wife of the protagonist. The protagonist of the game is a certain Theodore Westmark, a curator who specializes in ancient history. He has seen so many terrible and sometimes too terrible things in his life, but now he is forced to face what is beyond the bounds of the explainable and the normal. And all with just one single purpose — to save a spouse from an incurable disease.

Overview

Well, you will have to go with Theodore on this adventure. Together with him you will have to plunge into the darkness of a terrible mansion, to learn the power of mysticism and otherworldly forces, and not only. In general, it will be scary, but very interesting. The most beautiful thing in this game, as in most similar projects, is the atmosphere. Here you and the dark corridors of a gloomy mansion, and rooms with secrets, and various puzzles, and events that sometimes frighten what is happening, and much more — all this creates a really scary, terrible atmosphere. But at the same time, playing Westmark Manor is a pleasure. The game literally prompts to pass, to a meticulous study of the environment, to attentiveness.

Instructions

1. The first thing we do is download the game’s installation files. 
2. Mount or burn the ISO image in the disk emulator (UltraISO program). 
3. During the installation, we specify the location on the disk where we want to install it. 
4. Wait until the installation process is complete, a shortcut will appear on the desktop. 
5. Download & install Update v20200620 / v20200622 / v20200629 / v20200714 / v20200715, in game folder.
6. Copy the contents of the folder «CODEX» in the folder with the game. 
7. Start the game.

Update v20200620:
Rectified notes clipping in the scrolling area
Rectified images not being displayed correctly
Rectified collision issues in Lounge_B
Rectified mixed up translations
 
Update v20200619:
Green Ring item text in the trader menu is missing . at the end (:D).
Rectified the attic monologue triggering when re-entering the attic after completing the puzzle.
When pouring water in the fireplace you now get a water bottle back (not an empty flask).
Rectified the Psychology final screen text had no French translation.
Rectified falling down from the stairs in basement_hall_C getting stuck between the 2 barrels.
Vertical items had "Your inventory is full, try again when you have space" replaced text with "This item won't fit in the inventory."
Rectified controller in loading screen has no translation.
Missing “A†button on controller in Psychology test.
Rectified critical bug in the basement after placing the ritual mask, you were not able to get back out if you entered.
Popup notes that contain text and image are shown together. Now you can swap between note and image.
Danger spawn items have no icons the map any more.
Rectified that when you die on the spikes, the hurt animation overrides the death animation.
Pop up notes should not have (Select input widget).
Select and close input widget has sorted when to show and when not to show.
Poem room has issues with missing pillars and other things in the end of the room (as if its solved).
Implemented the trader has more chance to have lantern oil and other needed items.
Costs for items have been tweaked.
Rectified you could interact with the chess board as many times as you want, breaking the game and getting infinite sigils.
Knights don't give sanity points forever any longer.
Rectified when you interact with the boiler in the basement before doing the valves and the wood, the prompt disappeared. - So if you leave the room and come back, the bars are already down.
Boiler takes wood and has a timer on it.
Buffs have timers on them as well.
Added health item in one corridor.
Rectified note popup issue.
Rectified Russian translation issue on artifacts.
Missing subtitle added.
Notes that pop up should now scroll.​​​​

* Rectified various translation issues.
* Rectified clipping header (in French) on pop up notes.
* Improved input widget performance.
* Translations completed for all settings fields.
* Subtitles re-timed so it’s easier to read in all available languages.
* Rectified an issue where some languages were mixed up.
* Spawn item notifications are translated.
* Objects that have no more items can be interacted with over and over, is now fixed.
* Settings are saved on restart
* Stack size for certain items are larger now
* Note popups with text and image should now only display image or only text when swapping.
* Button prompts removed on dialogues except for the one in the dialogue box
* Rectified issue with the Chessboard in the Lounge.
* Inner garden can now be exited, and should no longer get stuck in place when entering.
* Boiler puzzle gives 2 sigils instead
* We have solved a critical issue that caused some players to experience puzzles automatically solving, for example, the Lounge chess puzzle. We would recommend starting a new game if you experienced this to avoid any potential future disruption to your game.
