The nightmare continues in Mary Skelter 2. In this first-person dungeon walker, play fairy-tale-inspired characters named Bloody Virgins, each of whom has deeply tuned classes for each character. Balance between strength and madness in turn-based battles with a blood-fueled transformation system and escape from a living prison while unbreakable Nightmares chase you in real time. Prison is a living prison that is fed by people locked within. The prison appeared a few years ago with the collapse of the city around it.

Perverted creatures known as Marchens and insidious Nightmares now roam its halls. Otsuu and the Little Mermaid are part of a group of people known as Dawn who are trying to survive these horrors. They manage to save Alice and a young man named Jack in one mission. However, after returning to base, Alice goes crazy and begins to attack others. Alice impresses Jack, who tries to protect Otsuu and the Little Mermaid by knocking them off their feet. Later, Otsuu and the Little Mermaid wake up after the fall and find Jack on the verge of death.
