Unit Activation System: Unlike other SGS games, the Battle series introduces a unit activation system. Not all units can move and fight in a turn unless they are activated, adding a layer of strategy to your decisions. Relive one of the tensest battles of the Spanish Civil War the Battle for Madrid. This conflict had the potential to end the war earlier for the Nationalists if they emerged victorious. Take on the role of the Nationalists or the Republicans in this historically significant battle. Engage in player-vs-player matches through Play-By-Email (PBEM) or hot seat, or challenge the AI. Units operate at the battalion level, and the battle unfolds in the hills and plains west and south of Madrid. Each turn represents three days of intense conflict. Encounter ground units and air units, featuring various troop types and vehicles present at the end of 1936. Political aspects are woven into the game through events and cards.

Key Features

• Early Attack: a 15-turns what-if scenario that supposes that the Nationalists make a straight attack against the city a month earlier, September to November 1936. Limited to the central part of the map.
• The Coruna Road: a 10-turns scenario on the fierce battle in the wooded hills and rough terrains northwest of the city, in winter and foggy weather, December 1936.
• Battle of Jarama: a small 8-turns scenario in the southeastern outskirts of the city, Feburary 1937.
• Madrid Grand Campaign: the complete battle, from October 1936 to February 1937 (33 turns), with all the units, the full map and many events and cards.

Instructions

1. The first thing we do is download the game’s installation files.
2. Unzip the archive to the hard disk.
3. Mount or burn the ISO image in the disk emulator (UltraISO program). 
4. After mount ISO, go to the folder and run the file «setup.exe».
5. During the installation, we specify the location on the disk where we want to install it.
6. Copy the contents of the folder «CRACK» in the folder with the game.  
7. At the end of the unpacking process, a shortcut appears on the desktop.
8. Launch the game!
