FRONT MISSION 2 Remake is a revival of the classic tactical role-playing adventure game introduced to Japanese gamers in 1997. The title immerses gamers in a futuristic world where colossal war machines known as Wanzers are central to the ongoing war effort. You’ll follow the journeys of three different characters: Ash, Lisa and Thomas, who each find themselves caught up in a dramatic coup d'état in the country of Alordes. The gameplay is based on turn-based combat, in which users control a squad of Wanzers, using all kinds of weapons and skills to fight opponents. The customization aspect plays an important role, allowing the Wanzers to be modified with various components, be it limbs, engines or weapons, which significantly affects their characteristics and survivability.

Choices and actions drive the story through multiple endings. FRONT MISSION 2 Remake is a collaboration between Forever Entertainment S.A. and Square Enix, the founder of the series. This remake features modernized graphics, effects and soundtrack. In addition, the project expands its global reach by supporting multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese and Japanese.
