Archean is a complex Solar System simulator designed to give the opportunity to walk on primeval planets, generated in full scale and with an accuracy of 1 mm. The action takes place in the Archean period of Earth’s development, when a day lasted only 10 hours, the Sun was much dimmer, and the atmosphere consisted mainly of CO2. We have to survive in such conditions and create automated machines. The gameplay will force players to work with their hands — to collect resources, extract minerals and build vehicles capable of reaching the surface of the Moon. The engineering sandbox offers a high-precision assembly and design system for structures with which you can build mining installations, construction 3D printers, automated means of delivering cargo and liquids.

Archean multiplayer mode supports PvP battles and cooperative survival, when all participants start with empty backpacks and must protect themselves from hostile external conditions. Players will have to interact with computer systems and «link» equipment together, creating a unique program code — the script and node editor supports cooperative control.
