The word partner is generous; the franchise loan trapped in your paperwork is the truer description.

Your assets fit in one sentence: a small, slightly gloomy warehouse hangar, a handheld laser scanner, and an endless stream of orders. The queue is a living thing. The requests arrive from hungry customers and corporate management alike, and both sides expect the same thing: speed. The hangar is yours to master, shelf by shelf, and the scanner is the only coworker that never takes a break.

The goal is transformation. You take the chaos of incoming orders and turn it into a perfectly oiled mechanism, learning the layout, the stock, and the rhythm that keeps the queue moving. Route planning is a quiet art here. Efficiency is the progression system, and every shift teaches the warehouse a little better. The pick that felt impossible on day one becomes muscle memory by day ten.
