As your kingdom grows, crises inevitably emerge from the shadows, and you must assemble a team of guardians with the right mix of skills to eliminate threats and protect your holdings. The heart of Kingdom of Cards is its complex card-crafting system, allowing you to craft tools and weapons to create specialized units. You’ll send farmers to till the land, send explorers into mysterious caves, hire thieves to steal from mansions, and command soldiers to subjugate neighboring towns.

Resource management is paramount as you strive to create the optimal troop composition to deal with the increasingly formidable bosses that stand in your way. The video game’s versatility is evident in its building system, with each building offering unique card combination possibilities. The castle grounds serve as an agricultural hub where you farm, harvesting vital resources needed to create crafts. The forge is a workshop for making tools and weapons, and experimenting can lead to the discovery of previously unknown cards.
